Yoga in the Family Lounge (Aug. 17 & 24)
Energize Your Body & Mind with Yoga!
Refresh your mind and body through the holistic practice of yoga. Our sessions are open to everyone, whether you are a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you are welcome to join!
Led by our experienced instructor, these sessions will focus on building strength, improving posture and balance, enhancing flexibility, and bringing a sense of inner calm through mindful relaxation as well as tailoring the sessions to meet the needs of the participants, incorporating Hatha Yoga and Pilates elements.
Schedule: Mondays August 17th & 24th
Time: Class 1: 9:15 am - 10:15 am
Class 2: 10:30 am - 11:30 am
Location: Boundless Family Lounge

Maximum Participants: 15 per session

What to Bring: Comfortable athletic clothes and a bottle of water, mats are provided.
