Calling all young bakers! Join Janell for “Youth Bakers Club,” a fun and hands-on cooking experience designed especially for students ages 10–14. Across 2 exciting sessions, students will explore baking, decorating, and creativity through delicious recipes that encourage imagination, technique, and confidence in the kitchen.
Each session offers a new opportunity for students to bake, decorate, and create beautiful desserts in a fun and supportive environment. A playful cooking lab designed for creativity, confidence-building, and hands-on fun through food! This cooking class is taught entirely in Spanish, providing a full cultural immersion experience. For any students with little to no Spanish, please do not worry; multiple children have attended Janell’s classes previously and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Activities include:
Chocolate Mini Cake with Holiday-Themed Decoration: Create and decorate a rich chocolate mini cake using personalized holiday-inspired designs and professional decorating techniques.
Mini Fraisier Tart: Learn how to prepare a classic mini Fraisier tart while developing precision and pastry presentation skills.
Hands-On Baking Experience:
Measure, mix, bake, assemble, and decorate desserts from scratch using practical baking techniques.
Creative Dessert Presentation:
Experiment with decoration styles, textures, and plating to create visually stunning desserts.
Technique & Confidence Building:
Develop baking knowledge, creativity, and presentation skills in an engaging and practical culinary club.
