Welcome & Maritime Heritage Introduction
Begin the day with a warm welcome and a fascinating dive into the history of Estepona’s fishing traditions. Learn how the sea has shaped the town’s culinary identity and why preserving these traditions is so important.
Hands-On Rice Cooking Workshop (Team Building)
Form small groups of 4 to 6 participants and get cooking! Guided by local culinary experts, you’ll prepare time-honored rice recipes exactly as they were made on fishing vessels. This interactive session is not only delicious, but also fosters team spirit and shared learning.
Tasting of Cooked Dishes
Enjoy the fruits of your labor with a shared meal featuring the freshly prepared rice dishes, accompanied by a refreshing summer salad and a savory tuna empanada.
Diploma Ceremony & Farewell
At the end of the workshop, each participant receives a symbolic diploma as a “Sailor Chef for a Day,” a fun and memorable way to commemorate the experience.

No Date Changes: If a second session is added, bookings cannot be transferred between dates.
