We’re excited to offer two special yoga dates this July in our Family Lounge. Come and join us to refresh your mind and body through the holistic practice of yoga. Our classes are open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you’re welcome to join!

Led by our experienced instructor, these sessions will focus on building strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, bringing a sense of inner calm and mindful relaxation. Classes are tailored incorporating Hatha Yoga and Pilates elements.

Session Dates & Times:

  • Group 1: July 13th, 20th - 9:15 am - 10:15 am

  • Group 2: July 13th, 20th - 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Important Details:

  • Maximum Participants: 15 per session

  • Sign-Up Required: Please sign up in advance to secure your spot and help us coordinate the sessions effectively.

  • What to Bring: Comfortable athletic clothes and a bottle of water.

How to Sign Up:

Make sure to register for the session that works best for you, as spots are limited to 15 participants per group. Sign-ups are essential to ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
