We’re excited to offer two special yoga mornings in July to help you refresh your mind and body through the holistic practice of yoga. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you're warmly welcome to join us!

Each day includes two sessions:
First Session: 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM
Second Session: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
Led by our experienced instructor specializing in Vinyasa Yoga, these dynamic classes focus on linking breath with movement through a flowing sequence of postures. The sessions are designed to build strength, enhance flexibility, improve balance, and energize both body and mind. Depending on the group’s needs, elements of Pilates may be incorporated for a more well-rounded movement experience.
