We’re excited to offer two yoga sessions every Wednesday in our Family Lounge, starting September 17th. Come and join us to refresh your mind and body through the holistic practice of yoga. Our classes are open to everyone—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, you’re welcome to join!
Led by our experienced instructor, these sessions will focus on building strength, improving posture, enhancing flexibility, and bringing a sense of inner calm. Depending on the interests and needs of the group, we can even adapt the sessions to include elements of Pilates for a well-rounded workout.
Session Times:
First Session: 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
Second Session: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
What You’ll Gain:
Core Strength & Flexibility: Improve your physical fitness while focusing on core stability and gentle stretching.
Posture & Balance: Work on alignment and balance for a stronger, more confident posture.
Mindful Relaxation: Take a moment to breathe deeply, reset, and feel fully rejuvenated in the calming beach atmosphere.
Adaptable Practice: Our instructor can tailor the sessions to meet the needs of the participants, incorporating Hatha Yoga and Pilates elements.

Maximum Participants: 20 per session
Sign-Up Required: Please sign up in advance to secure your spot and help us coordinate the sessions effectively.
What to Bring: Comfortable athletic clothes and a bottle of water.
