We are thrilled to announce that our upcoming session on Men’s Hormone Optimization: How to Improve Quality of Life and Longevity will be led by Nikki & Cale Bybee.
Many men start noticing shifts in energy, strength, focus, mood, and drive in their 30’s and 40’s — often while managing demanding careers, raising kids, and navigating life abroad. This casual, one-hour talk will explore what’s really happening hormonally as testosterone and other key hormones decline, why these changes are so frequently normalized or ignored, and how male hormone optimization can support both day-to-day performance and long-term health.
We’ll connect hormones to muscle mass, metabolic health, cardiovascular function, brain health, and longevity — with a practical lens for men balancing work, travel, and family abroad. We’ll share real data from actual patient case studies, and Cale, who is himself a patient, will be co-presenting to offer firsthand perspective on the male patient journey and answer questions from a lived experience point of view. We’ll wrap up with an open Q&A.
