How to purchase the electricity:

• Select your Home Number

• Choose the amount that you want to purchase (place the order latest on friday 3pm)

• Boundless team will send you the top up code or help you to input

How to add the electricity:

• Find your main panel locations (on the tunnel or outside your home)

• Insert the number that you received

• Click the green button

• The panel will say “BENAR” if the top up successful

• The panel will say “SALAH” if the top up fail, and you can try again

• The panel will show your update electricity nominal

Terms & Conditions:
1. To purchase electricity, family need to order latest on friday 3pm.
2. Order on weekend and public holiday will be settled by the next working days.
3. Please note that your order booking will be confirmed once you receive communication from the Boundless Crew through Slack Channel
4. If you would like to cancel the order, please inform us with at least 48h in advance, failure to meet this deadline will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
