What to bring: Swimsuit, Towel, Water, Sunscreen
Equipment and Inclusion Provided: Surf board, leg-rope, and professional surf instructor

Indoor sessions include balance exercises, coordination drills, and strategy training, building strength, agility, and confidence for better performance on the water.
In severe weather, lessons may be rescheduled for safety.
