In this Kids Pilates class, children will explore breathing exercises, posture, balance, flexibility, and core strength through fun and engaging movements designed for growing bodies.

What to Expect:

Across 2 sessions, children will be introduced to the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Children will learn simple breathing techniques, stretching exercises, balance work, and core-focused movements that help improve body awareness, coordination, focus, and posture. The sessions are designed to be approachable and enjoyable, encouraging healthy movement habits while helping children build confidence and concentration.

Through guided exercises and mindful movement, participants will have the opportunity to slow down, strengthen their bodies, and develop a better connection between movement and well-being.
