Please note that our Community Guest Pass policy is being introduced in phases. Different guidelines and pricing apply depending on the cohort timeline. We want to be fully transparent so families can plan visits with clarity and confidence.
Current Policy (Now through Summer 2026 Cohorts)
Until the start of the Worldschool Fall Cohort 2026, we will continue operating under our existing guest guidelines. During this period:
Visiting Guests: Any non-enrolled parent, family member, or friend staying for less than 25% of the cohort duration is welcome to visit without purchasing a Guest Pass.
Long-Term Stays: As always, anyone staying longer than 25% of the cohort must formally enroll as a community member to ensure fairness.
Future Policy (Effective September 2026 – Worldschool Fall Cohort)
The Community Guest Pass system described below will go into effect starting September 2026. From that point forward, guests who wish to actively use community spaces or participate in community offerings beyond a brief visit will be required to hold the appropriate Guest Pass, subject to capacity and General Manager discretion.If you are unsure which policy applies to your guest’s visit, please reach out to your Community Host, who will be happy to guide you."

While guests are always welcome for a quick tour, this pass unlocks the full Boundless lifestyle. It’s the perfect solution for visitors who need a professional place to work or want to join in on the community fun. What This Pass Unlocks:
24/7 Co-working Hub Access: A dedicated spot to work with high-speed internet, so they don't miss a beat.
Family Lounge Access (where applicable): Full entry to relax, play board games, and hang out with the community.
Complimentary Community Events: An invitation to join our weekly wellness sessions (Yoga/Meditation), community game days, and official Welcome Ceremony & Learning Celebration (if occurring during their visit). Reservation required. Please speak with a member of our team if you’d like to join.
What is NOT Included:
Signature Events: Boundless Connections and Farewell Event are intimate gatherings reserved strictly for enrolled cohort members.
Paid Experiences: This pass does not include access to paid Excursions or Experiences. Guests may request to join these only after the family sign-up window has closed, subject to availability and GM discretion.
Systematic Use: This pass is required for any guest using the Hub or Lounge systematically (more than a brief tour).
Waiver Required: All guests must sign a digital waiver, provided by the local team, before accessing the spaces.
Member Responsibility: Inviting families are fully responsible for their guest(s) at all times. Guests must be accompanied by a member or connect with our team for a brief welcome tour.
Limited number of Passes: As we aim to create a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for our families and full community members, if capacity is reached for certain spaces or events, priority will be given to our full community members before confirming access to guests. Your Community Host will be able to confirm this at the time of your request." GM holds discretion to cap access/refuse additional passes.
Weekly Guest Pass (€ 125): This pass lasts for one week, and you can get up to 3 per guest. If your guest stays for more than 3 weeks, they need to buy the Long-Term Stay Guest Pass.
Long-Term Stay Guest Pass (€ 375): Any guest staying for more than 25% of the cohort duration must formally pay all relevant community fees (e.g., 25% fee for an additional adult). This ensures fair participation and commitment.
This listing is marked as an Informational Post: to request a Guest Pass, please open a ticket in your family channel, indicating the duration for which your guest will need the pass. The Community Host will then create the relevant ticket in the Experience Portal for you. After the payment, they will share the Digital Waiver.
