Monday ECA Cooking (Age 10+)
In this after-school program, students will explore Japanese cuisine through hands-on cooking and cultural learning.
Participants will learn how to prepare simple and delicious Japanese dishes while discovering the ingredients, techniques, and traditions behind them. Through guided cooking sessions, students will build practical kitchen skills and gain a deeper appreciation for Japanese food culture.
What to Expect

This program encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence while introducing students to the rich world of Japanese cooking.
Important Things to Note:
Please bring Towel, Apron, Hairband to tie long hair, Food container.

Every Monday - 9 sessions (May 4 is skipped due to half-term break and public holidays)

Time: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Pick-up time: 4:30 PM sharp from Boundless EC (Kamakura)

Terms & Conditions:
Deadline for Sign-Up: Thursday, April 9, 12:00 PM
Half-Term Break: No ECAs during the week of May 4, as the Education Center will be closed.
Refund Policy: Families have up to 24 hours after the first class (16:30 the next day) to decide to drop out and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. If the first session was attended, a one-off cost and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total reimbursed amount. After this 24-hour period, refunds will no longer be available. Please note that the activity have fixed dates and there no refunds for missed the classes.
