Give yourself a little moment to focus your body and start the day. In this weekly mat pilates class we will start with simple basic breathing exercises, explore breathing exercises, spinal mobility and stability to alleviate stress and pain. You will walk out the studio feeling lighter with a clearer mind.

This program is perfect for parents looking to improve flexibility, build strength, and reduce stress through movement and breathing techniques. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, each class is tailored to encourage personal growth and mindful movement.

What to Expect:

  • Interactive & Engaging Sessions – A mix of guided instruction and independent practice, where you can explore different wellness techniques at your own pace.

  • Holistic Fitness Techniques -A focus on Pilates-based exercises, stretching, and mindful breathing.

  • Mindful Movement - Encouraging focus on body alignment, stability, and coordination.

  • Inspiration from Wellness Experts -Special guest sessions with other wellness professionals, sharing their experiences and tips for a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

  • A Supportive & Positive Environment -Fostering self-esteem and mindfulness in every session.

Program Details:

Schedule: Tuesdays, starting April 14th from 9:30 AM
Location: Boundless Family Lounge (Kamakura)
Transportation: Not needed
Minimum Participants Required: 1 per Group
Maximum Participants per session: 8 per Group

Group 1: 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM | Morning Gentle Flow (gentle • mobility • all levels)
Group 2: 10:45 AM - 11:45 AM | Dynamic Flow (strength • control • intermediate–advanced)
Group 3: 12:15 AM - 1:15 PM | Open Level Pilates (adaptive • all levels)


What to bring: Yoga Mat (you can take one from the hub), Athletic Clothes, Towel (optional)

Instructor profile:
Alyssa is a BASI pilates comprehensive certified instructor.

She has been teaching all ages from teenagers to 80s, including young athletes, since 2019. She brings a commitment and passion for wellness, believing in the connection of Body-Mind-Spirit.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot.

  • Participation: This activity is included in your Boundless fee, but sign-up is required to participate.

  • Sign-up Deadline for all the sessions: April 9, 12:00 PM.

  • Please note, that if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, inform the Boundless Crew.

  • No Group Changes: If we open a second group at 10:45 AM participants cannot swap groups.

  • All else in accordance with the Terms of Service
