An introduction to this wonderful martial art for children 5+. Derived from the Japanese word for “gentle art”, Jiu-Jitsu helps children build confidence and self-esteem while focusing on developing proprioception skills. It is considered a sport in the beginning stages and therefore accessible to all levels of fitness. The sport also focuses on self defence, building self confidence and resilience in children, teamwork and sportsmanship. The fee includes the rental of a Kimono which will be given to your child for this activity.
