All activities and experiences at Portal Bosque are organized and managed directly by their team, and any coordination or arrangements should be made between families and the club.
Pass Terms
The Portal Bosque Foundation pass grants access to benefits, events, and preferential conditions, which may change over time.
Portal Bosque reserves the right to:
Modify the benefits offered.
Suspend or cancel exclusive activities under the conditions outlined in these Terms.
Revoke access to the Foundation in cases of misuse or violation of their rules.
Tickets, registrations, and access are non-refundable.
They are valid only for the specified event, date, and conditions.
They may not be used for commercial purposes or resold without the Organizer’s prior authorization.
Attendees are responsible for verifying event details before participating.
Changes, Rescheduling, and Force Majeure
Portal Bosque reserves the right to modify event dates, times, programming, artists, duration, location, or format when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational reasons, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: adverse weather conditions, weather alerts, government regulations, or any situation that may pose a risk to attendees, artists, or staff, as well as events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
