With this ticket, you can purchase the medical certificate required for the yellow fever vaccination. This is not a medical appointment, which is why we were able to arrange a special reduced fee of €22, it is only for the issuance of the certificate.
The doctor will prepare the certificates and send a photo of each certificate on Saturday afternoon (Feb 28th). She will also leave the physical copies at the Hub later that same afternoon for you to pick up.
Once you complete the payment through the form, please make sure to include the full name and passport number of the person who needs the certificate, as this information is required to issue it correctly.
If you need the certificate more urgently, you may try visiting Sanatorio Mautone or Sanatorio Cantegril directly to check if they can provide one sooner.
Please remember that the yellow fever vaccine is considered valid only if administered at least 10 days before your travel date, so plan accordingly.
