Through Pilates Reformer (also known as “Pilates with machines”), participants will work on strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance through controlled and conscious movements. More than just a workout, this experience is an invitation to move with awareness, prevent discomfort, and enjoy a stronger, more agile, and healthier body.
No previous advanced experience is required. Exercises will be adapted to each participant’s individual needs and abilities.
What to Expect:
Mindful Movement & Body Awareness: Connect with your body through controlled exercises focused on movement quality, breathing, and alignment.
Strength, Flexibility & Mobility: Improve your physical condition by working on core strength, balance, posture, and overall body control.
Personalized Guidance: Receive support from the instructor throughout the class, with exercises adapted to your personal needs and level.
A Moment for Yourself: Enjoy a mindful pause from daily routines in a calm and welcoming space focused on well-being.
Important Recommendations: Bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle.

Sign-up deadline: Thursday, September 10th at 12:00 PM.
Refund Policy: Families have up to 24 hours after the first class to withdraw from the course and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. If the first class was attended, the cost of that session plus a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. After this 24-hour period, refunds will no longer be available.
Pricing: The final price includes a 15% Boundless Life fee (12% management fee + 3% card processing fee).
