A 1.5-hour mindful class focused on conscious paddling, balance, and body awareness
Learn basic posture, technique, and movement on the water

Location: Walking distance in La Barra. To be confirmed based on conditions. We will meet in the Hub at 9:40.
Participation:
Minimum Participants: 5
Price per person includes board rental, instruction, and fruit snack.
What to Bring:
Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, water, and anything else you think you might need for a comfortable time on the water.

Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot.
Sign-up Deadline: Monday, November 18, at 5 pm.
Additional Dates: If an experience is fully booked, it will be marked as an "Informational Post." If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will make every effort to coordinate an additional date with our partner.
No Date Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch dates. They must attend on their original booking date.
Pricing analysis: The final price includes a 15% Boundless Life fee (12% management fee + 3% card processing fee).
