While njoki (gnocchi) may have its origins in Italy, this beloved potato-based dish has found delicious local varieties in many regions with it’s own local twist on recipes and presentation. In this fun and interactive one-hour workshop at the EC, children (must be accompanied by parent) will get hands-on experience making njoki from scratch. Together, you’ll explore how to shape and prepare njoki, transforming them into savory main dishes as well as sweet, delectable desserts.
