Join us for a unique Vinyasa Sound Flow session designed to reconnect body, mind, and emotion through music and movement. During the class, we flow from one pose to the next in sync with our breath, guided by meaningful music that enhances the emotional experience.
As the sequence is repeated several times, we gradually internalize the rhythm—until we’re ready to "dance" our choreographed flow to the beat of the music. It’s an uplifting and deeply grounding practice, perfect for anyone looking to recharge and reconnect in a soulful way.

Equipment provided: Yoga Mats
Maximum Participants: 12 per group
Each individual must book an individual ticket to secure their spot.
Sign-up deadline: Thursday, June 5th at 12pm
Additional Sessions: If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will add one more session at 10:30
No Group Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch dates. They must attend on their original booking date.
