Join Chef Carlos, founder of Rústica – Chef Privado, for a morning dedicated to the magic of holiday cooking. In this immersive workshop, you’ll prepare a three-course festive menu using seasonal ingredients that capture the true spirit of Christmas in Portugal.
Together, we’ll create:
Goat Cheese Puff Pastry Gratin with Figs
Pork Loin Stuffed with Chestnuts and Seasonal Fruits
Rabanadas with Port Wine, a timeless Portuguese dessert to sweeten the celebration.
This isn’t just a cooking class, it’s a culinary journey through local flavors, aromas, and traditions. Under Chef Carlos’ guidance, you’ll learn the techniques behind each dish and then sit down together to enjoy the full meal you’ve prepared.
Expect a morning filled with learning, laughter, and the comforting tastes of the season, the perfect way to celebrate Christmas through food.
Schedule: Wednesday, December 18th, from 10 AM to 1 PM
Location: Gastr’Oficina – Sintra
Minimum Participants: 4 adults
Included: Full cooking class, meal (starter, main, dessert), and beverages during the meal
