Led by Vinny, an inspiring coach with over 30 years of practice who learnt this martial art straight from the "source" of the Gracie family, these fun and engaging sessions are specially designed for younger children.
Through playful scenarios, activities, and simple partner exercises, children will learn basic techniques to help them stay calm, set boundaries, and safely get themselves out of uncomfortable situations, all whilst developing their balance, body awareness, listening skills, and self-control.
In a supportive and empowering environment, they’ll build confidence and life skills that extend far beyond the mat!

Refund Policy: No refunds will be available for ECAs during our shorter, 3 & 4-Week seasonal Getaway cohorts, unless an activity or ECA is cancelled by Boundless Life due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, families will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund, depending on availability.
