Led by Vinny, an inspiring coach with over 30 years of practice who learnt this martial art straight from the "source" of the Gracie family, these fun and engaging sessions go beyond self-defence.
Through dynamic drills and partner work, your children will learn simple and effective techniques to help them stay calm under pressure, set boundaries, stand tall, handle difficult situations safely, and approach challenges with growing confidence.
In a supportive, positive, and empowering environment, they'll build valuable skills with real-life applications that will extend far beyond the mat!

Deadline for Sign-Up: Thursday, July 9th at 12 PM
Refund Policy: No refunds will be available for ECAs during our shorter, 3 & 4-Week seasonal Getaway cohorts, unless an activity or ECA is cancelled by Boundless Life due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, families will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund, depending on availability.
