This ECA is led by Vinny, an inspiring coach with over 30 years of experience, who learnt this martial art straight from the “source” of the Gracie family.
Going beyond physical self-defence, these dynamic and engaging sessions will teach your kids practical techniques and strategies to help them stay calm under pressure, navigate conflict wisely, set boundaries, and respond confidently to difficult situations such as bullying, intimidation, or unsafe encounters.
In a supportive and empowering environment, they’ll build resilience, self-belief, and valuable skills with real-life applications that will stay with them long after they leave the mat.

Deadline for Sign-Up: Thursday, July 9th at 12 PM
Refund Policy: No refunds will be available for ECAs during our shorter, 3 & 4-Week seasonal Getaway cohorts, unless an activity or ECA is cancelled by Boundless Life due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, families will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund, depending on availability.
