Rooted in rhythm, season, and community, the olive harvest is more than just picking fruit from trees, it's a moment of connection to the land, local culture, and one another.
You’ll spend the day around the olive groves, learning how to harvest by hand, hearing & sharing stories, whilst discovering the farm Quinta das Antas (which is still in its humble beginnings!)
We’re offering two ways to take part. You can pick your option by purchasing the associated ticket below.
Transport: Kindly note that transport is not included in the price for these experiences. We can organize transport from the Camara Municipal de Sintra (by the roundabout above the EC) to the location & back with our transfer partner Avenidas, which will cost between 30-42€ per person (round trip) depending on how many people attend. Quinta das Antas is a 1-hour drive from Sintra

1.Parent Experience : A Day in the Olive Groves
Date: Thursday, 9th of October
Time: 10 AM - 2:30 PM

What to Expect:
Arrival with tea/coffee & intro to the estate, its history and future vision
Hands-on olive harvest, guided by the farmer and translated/contextualised by Frankie Frost (Frankly Portugal)
Hearty lunch with soup, bread, cheese, and wine
Short panoramic walk up to the Pombal with views across the countryside
A mini bottle of olive oil per family made from the very olives you harvest (1–2 weeks later)

2. Family Experience : Community Harvest Day
Date: Saturday, 11th of October
Time: 10 / 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Children attend for free!
What to Expect:
An informal and community-driven olive harvest day with our local partners, their neighbours, and friends

Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot.
Sign-up Deadline: Monday, October 6th at 12:00 pm
Additional Dates: If an experience is fully booked, it will be marked as an "Informational Post." If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will make every effort to coordinate an additional date with our partner.
No Date Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch dates. They must attend on their original booking date.
Pricing analysis: The final price includes a 15% Boundless Life fee (12% management fee + 3% card processing fee).
Refunds: May be subject to processing fees, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
