Join us for a fun family adventure in nature!
On Sunday, 25th of October, we'll set off on a 1.5-hour treasure hunt through the magical forest of Peninha. Together we’ll uncover the hidden treasures of the Portuguese ecosystem, from its curious plants and animals to the history and stories woven into the land.
A playful exploration perfect for kids and parents alike, and a chance to connect with nature, learn about the forest’s secrets, and enjoy a morning of adventure together.
This Family Experience is led by our Eco Club & Young Rewilders partner Sylvester Rewilding, a local NGO made up of young & passionate nature advocates on a mission to collectively rewild Europe!

Weather-appropriate & outdoor-appropriate clothing & footwear
Kindly note that the loop we will be doing is not stroller-friendly. Babies & toddlers will need to go in baby carriers :)

Transport: Round-trip Boundless-organised transport is available for an additional fee of 14€ per passenger (7€ each way). Feel free to purchase a “Round-Trip Transport” ticket for your chosen time slot for you and your family.
Why choose Boundless-organised transport for this experience? The signal in Peninha is extremely weak. Ordering Ubers / Bolts once there can be tricky. This ensures all logistics flow smoothly for you and that you arrive/leave without facing long waiting times.
Minimum participants: 4 children per session
Maximum participants: 8 children per session
Terms & Conditions:
Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot. As a family experience, at least 1 parent & 1 child must purchase a ticket together to attend.
Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-exchangeable.
Sign-up Deadline: Thursday, 15th of October at 12:00 pm
Additional Dates: If both sessions become fully booked, it will be marked as an "Informational Post." If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will add a third session (from 2 PM - 3:30 PM) to accommodate another group :)
No Date Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch schedules. They must attend on their original schedule.
Refunds: Refunds are only possible up to 2 weeks before the scheduled event and carry a 10% payment processing fee.
