In this energetic workshop, children will discover the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through fun, structured movement and play. Using age-appropriate exercises and games, kids will build confidence while learning how to move, balance, and interact safely with others.
What to Expect:
Over 4 sessions, our experienced instructor will introduce basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques in a safe and supportive environment. Children will develop coordination, body awareness, discipline, and respect, all while staying active and engaged through dynamic activities that encourage teamwork and self-expression.

Minimum Participants Required: 2
Maximum Participants: 10
Transport: Included from the EC to the workshop location (Syros Team) and then to the port parking where parents must be present to pick up the kids.

3:45pm-4:45pm - Lesson
4:45pm-4:50pm Transfer
4:50pm Pickup up parents at port parking
