A morning at Alana Farm: Games, therapeutic horse-riding and picnic (Oct. 18)
Family Farm Adventure: Horses, Animals, and Picnic in Nature
Embark on a family-friendly adventure at a beautiful local farm, where children and parents can connect with horses, enjoy hands-on activities, and spend time outdoors in a relaxed, natural setting.
Your journey begins with a warm welcome to the farm. Children will be divided into small groups to rotate through three engaging activities: horse riding and connection, horse care and grooming, and playing with the farm animals. This first phase allows everyone to build confidence, learn new skills, and experience the joy of being close to animals.
In the second phase, parents can unwind at the picnic area while children take part in fun outdoor games such as tug-of-war, relay races, and light gardening. During this time, each child will also have the opportunity to enjoy an individual therapeutic horse-riding session with expert guidance. The experience concludes with a family-style picnic, where everyone comes together to relax, share food, and enjoy the peaceful countryside.
Prepare for a meaningful and memorable day that blends learning, play, and relaxation in nature.
