Embark on a creative journey with our pottery workshop, designed exclusively for teens! This hands-on experience allows participants to explore advanced techniques, such as wheel throwing, coil building, slab building, decorating and engraving in order to craft unique pieces, and connect with the rich heritage of Greek pottery.
Through this artistic process, teens will develop patience, problem-solving skills, and a sense of accomplishment, all while unleashing their creativity in a fun and inspiring setting.
Ages: 13-14
Schedule: Every Tuesday at 3:30pm - 6:00pm (excluding Tuesday 23rd of September and the mid cohort break week)
No of Sessions: 8
First lesson: Tuesday, 16 September
Last lesson: Tuesday, 18 November
Black-out dates: Tuesday 23rd of September
Minimum Participants Required: 3
Maximum Participants: 9
Location: Chimera Art & Craft Workshop
Transportation: Convenient van travel to and from the pottery workshop location, with pick-up from the EC and drop-off at the Port Parking. Parents will be asked to complete a self-checkout form for the students.
Terms & Conditions:
Deadline for Sign-Up: Thursday, September 11th - 12:00pm Local Time
Half-Term Break: No ECAs during the week of October 27th, as the education center will be closed.
Refund Policy: Families have up to 24 hours after the first class (16:30 the next day) to decide to drop out and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. If the first session was attended, a one-off cost and a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total reimbursed amount. After this 24-hour period, refunds will no longer be available. Please note that the activity have fixed dates and there no refunds for missed the classes.
