Textile Factory Tour: Step Into Syros’ Industrial Heritage
Step into history with a visit to the Zisimatos Textile Factory in Ermoupolis — a rare survivor among the 68 once-thriving factories of Syros. Dating back to 1986, this beautifully preserved site invites you to relive the island’s industrial past through the stories of its 40 former workers.
Try on a worker’s apron, fill out a work card, and follow the footsteps of the production line.
