Chatzakis Winery, nestled in the picturesque village of San Michali in northern Syros, is a small-scale winery founded by oenologist Nikos Chatzakis. After years in larger wineries, Nikos launched his own journey in 2011, collaborating with local growers to craft unique wines that highlight Syros’s rich terroir. From his first creation “Fabrica” to his acclaimed Assyrtiko “San ta Maratha” and his latest Serifiotiko label, “The Sheriff Fatman,” each bottle is hand-bottled and labeled with care.

Trailblazers: Museum Mystery Adventure
Experience Overview:
Step into Hermoupolis’ rich past with our immersive Museum Mystery Adventure! Students will begin with a guided tour of the museum’s most captivating exhibits, then dive into an interactive Mystery Game where teams solve riddles and unravel clues to uncover the city’s fascinating stories. The evening ends with a group dinner alongside their educator.

Meeting Location: Boundless Education Center
Experience Location: Hermoupolis Historic Museum (15’ walk from EC)
What’s Included: Guided tour, Mystery Game, souvenir prize for the winning team, group dinner
What’s Not Included: Dinner. Students must have pocket money to have dinner with their educator at a local restaurant

Children: Movie Night at the EC
Experience Overview:
While parents enjoy their evening at the winery, kids will have their own night of fun with a movie and pizza at the Boundless Education Center. A cozy, safe, and engaging way for them to enjoy the evening while parents relax.
