About Delos

Delos offers a paradise-like experience for those who cherish ancient Greek culture, as it abounds with remnants of ancient buildings and artistic masterpieces. The island holds immense significance as a Panhellenic religious and political hub, boasting an intricate Apollonian sanctuary surrounded by Minoan and Macedonian structures. In the northern part of Delos, you'll discover the temples dedicated to Leto and the Twelve Olympians, while the southern region showcases the distinctive sanctuaries of Artemis. Additionally, the island features sanctuaries devoted to Aphrodite, Hera, and various lesser deities. Exploring Delos will also unveil numerous other sanctuaries and commercial structures, including treasuries, markets, and various public buildings.

The Boating Experience

On this amazing experience that all the Boundless parents loved, we will depart from the port and reach Delos in just 45 minutes. We'll have a two-hour stay to explore the area and embark on a tour of the mesmerizing archaeological sites. At 12:00, we'll set sail from Delos and head towards Rineia, a charming uninhabited island nearby, boasting crystalline waters. After a 15-minute journey, we'll drop anchor at a picturesque beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and revel in the enchanting scenery. Indulge in local delights such as cherry tomatoes, fresh fruits, breadsticks, olives, "San Michali" local cheese, pale rosé wine, and refreshing soft drinks. We'll be ready to depart at 14:15, and within 45 minutes, we'll arrive back at Syros port.

Get ready to immerse yourselves in a boat trip back in time, on one of the most important archaeological sites of Greece!
