After years in larger wineries, Nikos launched his winemaking journey in 2011, collaborating with local growers to craft unique wines that showcase the island’s rich terroir.
From his first creation, "Fabrica"—a fruity white blend of Monemvasia and white Kountoura, and a light, refreshing red Mandilaria—to his acclaimed Assyrtiko "San ta Maratha" and his latest Serifiotiko label, "The Sheriff Fatman," Nikos pours passion into every bottle, all hand-bottled and labeled with care. What to wear: Bring a jacket with you as the venue is outdoors. Note that we will walk at the field below the vineyard so we suggest shoes that will allow you to walk there
