Football (8-12)
Kick off your passion for the game with our football workshop! This dynamic training experience blends skill-building with teamwork, offering participants the chance to improve their technique, agility, and game strategy in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Each 1-hour session is structured to maximize learning and fun:
10 minutes of warm-up to prepare the body and prevent injuries
8–10 minutes of warm-up drills focusing on coordination, ball control, and movement
10–12 minutes of focused football drills to target specific skills such as passing, shooting, or defending
The remaining time is dedicated to a final game, where players put their skills into practice through purposeful play. Each game has a different focus—whether it’s possession, pressure, teamwork, or scoring—to build tactical awareness and adaptability.
Through this active journey, children will gain confidence, sharpen their decision-making, and experience the joy of football in a fun and motivating setting.
