🍝 Friday 23rd of January - Nonna’s Kitchen: Fresh Pasta Class
Join us for a hands-on cooking experience with Nonna Luisa, a local home cook who embodies the heart of Italian culinary tradition. Step into her cozy kitchen and learn to make fresh Italian pasta from scratch. You’ll create three traditional pasta shapes, each representing a different Italian region. The experience begins with a welcoming aperitivo, including prosecco and nibbles, before diving into the art of handmade pasta. Once your creations are ready, enjoy a shared lunch featuring the pasta you’ve prepared. Beverages included: water, local wines, and coffee.Date: Friday, 23rd January | 10:00am – 1:00pm

Guided by expert truffle hunters and their well-trained dogs, you’ll venture into the woods to search for fresh seasonal truffles while learning the secrets behind this centuries-old tradition. As you follow the dogs through the forest, you’ll feel the excitement build until they uncover one of Tuscany’s hidden treasures. This immersive experience offers a unique look at the bond between hunter, dog, and land. 🍕Thursday 12th of March - Authentic Neapolitan Pizza Cooking Class
Learn how to make true Neapolitan pizza in an immersive, hands-on cooking class led by Rosario, the master pizzaiolo of Luna Rossa. This experience takes you through every step of the authentic process — beginning with the preparation of the prefermented dough (biga), followed by kneading your pizza dough, choosing and preparing fresh toppings, and mastering the traditional technique of hand-stretching the dough. You’ll then bake your pizza in the authentic Neapolitan style and sit down to enjoy the delicious results of your work.
