Step into the heart of Florentine cuisine at Saporium, where the philosophy of Borgo Santo Pietro comes alive through biodiversity, regenerative agriculture, and the farm-to-table ethos.
Guided by Executive Chef Ariel Hagen and his expert team, you’ll embark on a culinary journey celebrating seasonal, locally sourced ingredients from the estate’s organic farms and herb gardens. Together with Saporium, we have crafted an exclusive experience for our guests.
You’ll be welcomed with a drink — a glass of fine Italian sparkling wine or a handcrafted non-alcoholic mocktail — before enjoying an exclusive seasonal tasting menu, inspired by the restaurant’s three signature paths: meat, fish, and vegetarian. Each guest will also receive a personalized printed menu, elegantly presented and signed by the Chef. With the kitchen in full view, Saporium invites you to witness the creation of every dish, making this a fully immersive, sensory journey celebrating artistry, seasonality, and the spirit of Borgo Santo Pietro.

Date: Thursday, 18th June | 12:00 am – 2:30pm
Location: Saporium Firenze | Meeting Point: Pistoia Train Station at 10.10 am
Transportation: Public transport, our train will leave to Florence at 10.22 am. A one way train ticket costs 5 euros.
Please note: If the lunch extends beyond the EC dismissal time, all participants’ children will be supervised at Moon Gallery until 4:30 PM.

We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements or food allergies – just let us know while booking, and we’ll make sure everyone can fully enjoy the experience.

Payment: The specified amount is per person.
Terms & Conditions:
Each individual must purchase an individual ticket to secure their spot.
Additional Dates: If an experience is fully booked, it will be marked as an "Informational Post." If demand exceeds the minimum participant requirement, we will make every effort to coordinate an additional date with our partner.
No Date Changes: If the event sells out and we add another date, families will not be able to switch dates. They must attend on their original booking date.
Pricing analysis: The final price includes a 15% Boundless Life fee (12% management fee + 3% card processing fee). (only Applicable on Experiences & Parents Activities)
Refunds: May be subject to processing fees, as outlined in the Terms of Service.
