Join us for an exciting, interactive session where a cooking expert from Stirpe Farm—the same farm we'll visit for the Olive Harvest—will demonstrate how to prepare classic Tuscan dishes. You’ll learn about the recipes, the origins of the ingredients, and gain insights into the local supply chain that makes Tuscan cuisine so special.
This 45-minute show cooking experience includes a live demonstration followed by a tasting of the freshly prepared dishes, showcasing the best of seasonal, locally sourced products. Plus, there will be a stand where you can purchase products directly from Stirpe Farm, giving you a taste of authentic Tuscany to take home.
