Coffee Brewing Experience (Feb. 20)
What to expect
A sensory journey across continents, aromas, and brewing techniques—designed for those who love coffee, and for those who want to truly understand it.
In this 100% Arabica specialty coffee vertical tasting, we’ll compare two specialty coffee cultivars from two iconic regions of the world: Ethiopia and Honduras. We’ll start from the green bean and follow the coffee all the way to the cup, discovering how origin, processing, and extraction methods shape flavor, aroma, and overall experience.
We’ll taste the same coffees brewed using different methods: Espresso, Moka, V60 filter, French press and Aeropress. Each extraction reveals a different side of the coffee, helping us appreciate the nuances, tasting notes, and unique characteristics that emerge in the cup.
Guiding us through this experience will be Sandro Bonacchi, an SCA-authorized trainer and educator, specialized in sensory analysis.
A slow, mindful, and convivial experience—perfect for anyone curious to explore what truly lies behind a simple cup of coffee.
