Nonna's Kitchen - Fresh Pasta Class (Jan. 23)
What to Expect
Join us for a truly special cooking experience guided by Nonna Luisa, a local home cook who embodies the heart of Italian culinary tradition.
Step into her cozy kitchen and explore the wonderful world of fresh Italian pasta, learning how to prepare it entirely from scratch. Together, you’ll create three traditional pasta shapes, each tied to a different Italian region and its unique flavors.
Your experience begins with a welcoming Italian aperitivo, complete with prosecco and delicious nibbles. Then, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of handmade pasta under the warm guidance of Nonna Luisa.
Once your creations are ready, you’ll sit down to enjoy the fruit of your work. All beverages are included: water, local wines, and coffee, for a truly authentic Italian meal. A heartfelt, hands-on culinary experience—just like home.
We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Please note that we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment, as home kitchens may contain traces and cross-contamination is possible. Guests who require a gluten-free meal will prepare the regular pasta alongside the group for the hands-on experience, and then enjoy a separate gluten-free menu during the shared lunch. By joining, guests acknowledge these potential risks. We take every precaution, but cannot be held responsible for any incidents or reactions.
