Family Woodworking Workshop (Feb. 22)
What to expect
Step into a welcoming workshop where tradition, creativity, and family time come together.
Alberto Tesi invites you into Mastro Ciliegio, a space born from a deeply personal journey. More than ten years ago, Alberto chose to reclaim the woodworking tradition passed down by his father, transforming it into a craft that reflects his values, his family, and his way of living.
Parents and children will collaborate side by side to create cheerful Carnival puppets, sharing moments of patience, laughter, and imagination. Along the way, Alberto will guide you through simple techniques while sharing stories, gestures, and the joy that comes from building something together.
As a keepsake of your time in Tuscany, each family will receive a small handcrafted wooden cutting board to take home.
This workshop is not just about learning how to work with wood. It’s about slowing down, using our hands, and reconnecting—with natural materials, with creativity, and with one another.
This experience is designed for children aged 5 and up, to be done together with their parents. Younger children under 5 are also welcome to join free of charge.
