What to Expect
In Elena’s cooking classes at Osteria Fratelli, parents will learn to prepare an authentic Italian menu from start to finish. With practical activities and traditional techniques, you will acquire the skills to recreate an authentic Italian meal at home!
At the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to savor the delicious dishes you have prepared together with the other participants, sharing a convivial experience rich in flavors and pleasant conversations.
Program of the course
Monday 14th of July: Pappa al pomodoro served with burrata stracciatella & capocollo served with a vegetable medley sauce
Monday 21st of July: Tuscan crostini with chicken liver pâté, tomato crostini, and fett’unta (garlic and oil bruschetta) & homemade gnocchi with a datterino tomato sauce

Minimum Participants per Group: 6

Sign-Up Deadline: Thursday, July 10th at 12pm
Payment: The specified amount is per person
Terms & Conditions:
Refunds: May be subject to processing fees, as outlined in the Terms of Service. Families have up to 24 hours after the first class to decide to drop out and receive a refund for the remaining sessions. After this period, no refunds will be available.
