Cooking Club (Trailblazers) | Thursday
What to Expect
Pablo’s cooking classes, held directly at Osteria Fratelli, inspire trailblazers to explore new flavors, build kitchen skills, and have fun creating delicious dishes. With a hands-on approach, students learn to experiment with ingredients, spark their creativity, and gain confidence while cooking.
They’ll learn how to make authentic pizza dough and bake their own pizza, prepare fresh pasta from scratch, create classic tomato sauce and Spaghetti di Mezzanotte, explore traditional Tuscan “cucina di recupero” with Pappa al Pomodoro and Tuscan meatballs, master iconic Roman dishes such as Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe (or Gricia), and finish with beloved Italian desserts including shortcrust pastry cookies and the world-famous Tiramisù.
